I went here to get my nails done for my wedding, and the service was terrible. He used a tool to remove the polish from my toes instead of letting them soak, and he accidentally ripped off one of my nails. He quickly grabbed super glue, but I also asked that he clean and stop the bleeding. He just polished right over it. The following week, the super glue came off and I had to reapply the nail at my rehearsal dinner! What a crazy experience. I understand it wasn’t intentional, but then the manager told me that he said it was already like that when I came into the salon. Why would I go to get my nails done if I didn't have a nail!? At the very least, I would have informed them if there was an existing concern, but it was NOT like that prior to my visit. The whole situation, and especially the way it was handled by the manager was a negative one. I definitely don’t plan on going back.

I got my toes done yesterday and the guy who did my nails hurt me. He made my nails bleed like three times and then used a tool to keep digging into my skin. The whole time he would not quit digging into my skin and making it bleed. Then he used a cotton ball with alcohol and squeezed my toe to make the blood stop. When he finally painted my nails he continued to dig into my skin from the cut he caused. I will never go back to that place again because I paid 88 dollars for that and the whole time I was in pain.

I came here to get a fill-in and had LYN! She was so friendly and very talented. The salon there is so cute and trendy and a whole vibe. I absolutely love how she did my nails. I had to bring my daughter there for her very first set of nails and she completely delivered. We will definitely be returning and forever a loyal client. 😌 …

I gave up on getting my nails done because it always took so long and it usually hurt but I decided to try Chic and I'm hooked again! Cute, trendy salon and Tara is wonderful! She always does an amazing job and whatever design I want done always turns out above my expectations!!! She is fast but very detailed and does a wonderful job always!

I had a great experience overall but my nails looks awful for paying $61 just for my nails and they’re lumpy and already look outgrown not to mention my hanging skin that wasn’t clipped! Not happy when I usually pay $45 elsewhere and they look better than this. Update it’s been 4 days since getting nails done lost a little gem and I’m really upset with how my cuticles weren’t cut now it looks like I need a major fill. Usually I can get away with week and half before seeing growth😪

So this was my first time here. My daughter and I have heard great reviews about this place so we were excited to go. Unfortunately I will not return. The first picture is what I wanted just a little shorter (that is their picture from their website.) the other three pictures is what I ended up with. I am so disappointed not only in the work done but in how it was handled. I sat in that chair for about an hour and 45 minutes. I have never ever sat that long to get my nails done. So anyway, when I first told the woman that the nails were extremely thick thicker than I’ve ever had before and they were all misshaped I believe it was Tara that I pointed it out to it was like she didn’t even care. She just said oh I fix for you later well later is too late the nails are already too short and miss shaped how are you going to fix that? She should’ve stepped in and told the woman that was doing my nails to stop and then Tara could have took over when she was done working on the client she was working on. That could have solved the issue right there and I may have left happy. She did try to offer me a coupon for the next time I come back but I informed her that I will not be back. Again if she had stepped up and stopped the tech then maybe I would have returned. So then during checkout she gave me a what I think is a $20 discount so I paid $45. I legit paid $45 for nails that look like this. I could’ve done them myself at home and they probably would’ve looked better. Update::: I am actually heading to another salon to get these nails off and have them done right. They look so ridiculous I can’t stand looking at them any longer. I am so mad I literally just threw away $45
